US television presenter Savannah Guthrie and her family have appealed to the public to continue to help search for their missing mother, who police believe was abducted seven weeks ago.

We desperately ask this community for renewed attention to our mom's case, the Guthrie family stated in a new message shared with NBC Tucson affiliate KVOA.

Authorities have been searching for 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie since she was reported missing from Tucson, Arizona, on February 1.

Footage released previously from outside her home showed a masked figure, yet nearly two months later, police still have no suspect.

In their recent statement, the Guthrie family expressed gratitude for the community's support and reiterated their plea for information. We continue to believe it is Tucsonans, and the greater southern Arizona community, that hold the key to finding resolution in this case, they said. Someone knows something.\

The family emphasized the importance of even the smallest detail, urging people to review any camera footage, journal notes, or communications that may be relevant. They stated, We miss our mom with every breath and we cannot be in peace until she is home...Our focus is solely on finding her and bringing her home.\

They are offering a $1 million reward for information leading to Nancy's return, in addition to the $100,000 reward offered by the FBI. Savannah Guthrie has stated, She may be lost, she may already be gone.\

A nationwide search has uncovered clues, including DNA evidence and potential ransom notes, but no suspect has yet been identified. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed that authorities believe Nancy Guthrie was specifically targeted, though they await further evidence.

Law enforcement also seeks surveillance footage from neighbors around the time Nancy went missing, hoping for any leads in this troubling case.
