Los Angeles - In a stunning new development, Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a lawsuit from fashion designer Bryana "Bana" Bongolan, who claims that he dangled her from the balcony of a 17th-floor apartment during a confrontation in 2016. The incident reportedly took place at the home of Combs' then-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, and is part of an ongoing sequence of legal troubles for the prominent music mogul.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Bongolan alleges that the altercation began when Combs aggressively knocked on the door of the apartment where she was staying. Once inside, it is claimed that he shouted at her before allegedly grabbing and molesting her while she was on the balcony. The lawsuit states that he then lifted her up and put her over the ledge of the balcony while she desperately resisted his grip. Bongolan, who weighed approximately 100 pounds at the time, allegedly struggled to prevent Combs from throwing her off the balcony.

The situation escalated when Ventura reportedly came outside to intervene, prompting Combs to pull Bongolan back over the ledge, allegedly slamming her onto patio furniture in the process. Following the incident, Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages, asserting that it was symptomatic of a pattern of threats and intimidation exhibited by Combs towards her since their professional relationship began.

Combs has faced more than two dozen lawsuits now, including accusations of sexual assault, drugging individuals, and threats against witnesses. He also has federal charges pending involving racketeering and a sex trafficking scheme. Combs vehemently denies the allegations, with a representative asserting that they will be proven baseless in court.

This lawsuit echoes allegations made in a separate 2023 lawsuit filed by Cassie Ventura, which also mentioned a similar incident in which Combs dangled one of Ventura’s friends over a balcony. Bongolan’s claims underscore what she describes as a history of terror and abuse throughout their interactions, which stemmed from Combs' initial interest in collaborating with her on various projects.

Currently, Combs is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being denied bail multiple times. The ongoing legal saga surrounding him raises significant questions about his future in the industry and the potential implications of these allegations.
