In a moving gesture, Savannah Guthrie has once again reached out to her Tucson community, seeking any information regarding her mother Nancy’s mysterious disappearance. Nancy was last seen on February 1, and Savannah expressed belief that someone within the community may have vital information that could aid in her mother's recovery. The family encouraged residents to delve into their memories and review any relevant materials, including camera footage, conversations, and messages from the time surrounding the disappearance.

The statement shared on Savannah’s Instagram emphasized the urgency of the situation, stating, Someone knows something, and it’s possible a member of this community has information that they do not even realize is significant.

The family also acknowledged the grim possibility that Nancy, who is 84 years old, may no longer be alive. In a continuous quest for answers, the Guthrie family has offered a $1 million reward for information that leads to Nancy’s return.

After a brief absence, Savannah returned to the NBC “Today Show” studio for the first time since her mother went missing. Although she plans to return to the air, her current focus remains on family and efforts to find Nancy. Authorities also revealed that they suspect Nancy was kidnapped or taken against her will and have released surveillance footage of a masked individual spotted outside her home.

Tucson, nestled about 100 miles south of Phoenix, is an affluent area known for its hiking trails and serene neighborhoods. The family’s calls for assistance become ever more pressing as days go by without resolution to Nancy's case.
