In brief

A new lawsuit alleges that Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulted a 17-year-old in a nightclub, with the plaintiff claiming he was drugged and unable to stop the assault. Combs denies all allegations as he faces multiple civil lawsuits and a federal trial.

New allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs have emerged, with a man claiming that the rapper drugged and raped him at a New York nightclub in 2012. A recent court filing reveals that the individual, identified as 17 years old at the time, reportedly paid a bouncer for entry into the venue and was subsequently invited to Combs' private table, where he was served several shots of vodka. The plaintiff alleges that after consuming the drinks, he started to feel hazy and disoriented, noticing a drastic loss of control over his body. In his statements, referred to in the court documents as John Doe, he claims he was taken to a back room of the SoHo club, where drug use and sexual activities were allegedly occurring.According to the filing, the drinks he received were spiked, and he began to come in and out of consciousness, aware of the events but feeling powerless to intervene. He states that the "defenceless" plaintiff was raped by Combs in the private area of the nightclub. In response to separate allegations concerning federal criminal charges, Combs' lawyer has asserted that the truth will prevail in court, emphasizing that Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, including minors. These new allegations arrive amid rising scrutiny as Combs faces more than 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct.Additionally, rapper Kanye West publicly supported Diddy, urging President Trump to grant a pardon ahead of the upcoming trial, stating, "FREE PUFF" in posts on social media. As developments continue, a lawyer representing further accusers has indicated that more than ten additional civil suits against Combs are forthcoming. Diddy is currently being held in a New York facility as he awaits a federal criminal trial focused on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
