Braden Peters, a 20‑year‑old influencer known online as Clavicular, has pleaded not guilty to felony rape, drug‑assault, and alcohol‑provision charges stemming from a May 2025 incident at his family’s home in Chatham.
Police say the 17‑year‑old victim was intoxicated and lacked capacity to consent, while Peters maintains the encounter was consensual.
The court set a $10,000 bail, barred him from contacting the accuser or posting about the case, and seized his passport.
His next hearing is scheduled for November 24, with prosecutors reviewing evidence before proceeding.
