Passengers aboard Delta flight 1213 experienced a sudden evacuation today when flames erupted from one of the aircraft's engines while it was still on the tarmac at Orlando International Airport in Florida. Video footage circulating on social media captures the alarming moment when thick smoke and fire shot from the right engine, leading passengers to exit the Airbus A330 via inflatable emergency slides.
The flight, which was scheduled to travel from Orlando, a city renowned for its theme parks, to Atlanta, had over 200 individuals on board, including 10 flight attendants and two pilots. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported from the incident.
