Kelly Osbourne has shared her grief after the passing of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, who died at the age of 76 on Tuesday. The iconic heavy metal musician's death comes just weeks after his farewell performance with Black Sabbath in Birmingham, where Kelly got engaged backstage to her long-term partner, Sid Wilson of Slipknot.

Celebrated figures from the music industry, including Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones, Metallica, and Guns N’ Roses, were present at the emotional concert, which ultimately became Ozzy's last. In a touching Instagram post, Kelly expressed her sorrow by sharing the poignant opening lyrics from the 2003 Black Sabbath cover song "Changes," featuring both her and her father, encapsulating her feelings with a broken heart emoji.

The special bond between Ozzy and Kelly has been well-documented through their appearances on MTV's reality show, "The Osbournes," which aired from 2002 to 2005. The show highlighted the unique family dynamics they shared, presenting Ozzy as the lovable, often bewildered patriarch of a chaotic household. Recently, the family had also revived their podcast, showcasing their close-knit relationship.

In a statement released by the Osbourne family, they expressed their immense sadness, saying, "With more sadness than mere words can convey, we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning." They revealed he was surrounded by family and love, although the cause of death wasn’t disclosed, following Ozzy's battle with various health issues, including a Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2019.

As the world remembers Ozzy, tributes continue to pour in, highlighting his significant impact on rock music and the memory of a father who was deeply loved.
