Argentinian prosecutors have reported that one individual, who was with Payne at the time of his death, faces serious charges of abandonment resulting in death, along with drug supply and facilitation. Additional charges have been placed on a hotel employee and another unnamed person for their roles in providing illicit substances. The fallen star, 31, had gained fame on The X Factor and as a member of the immensely popular boyband, One Direction.
