Attorney Mark Geragos is once again under legal scrutiny, facing a lawsuit for fraud and conspiracy in connection with his ownership of a shell company. The latest allegations come from New York jewelry designer Pamela Love, who has filed a $7 million lawsuit against Geragos and Lyndon Lee in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

The lawsuit follows a partial award granted to Love in December, where she claims that she has not been compensated by the owners of Alex and Ani. Love alleges that Geragos is intricately involved in a scheme to defraud her, stating, “The transfer was from insider to insider.” According to the complaint, the foreclosure executed on Alex and Ani’s assets in July 2024 was a part of this alleged conspiracy, designed to mislead creditors while allowing the company to maintain its business operations.

The lawsuit describes the foreclosure as a "sham," asserting that employees were laid off and promptly rehired without any genuine disruption to operations. “The purported foreclosure was in name only,” the suit claims, as it fails to adequately address Love's demands.

Geragos's checkered history grows with this latest lawsuit. Previously, he was implicated in the high-profile Nike extortion case involving Michael Avenatti, as well as facing ethical inquiries from the Arizona State Bar over allegations concerning his conduct. In a more recent note, his daughter Teny Geragos is caught in the same web of controversy surrounding several high-profile legal disputes, including the exit of Anthony Ricco from Diddy's legal team.

With these developments, the questions surrounding Geragos’s behavior and legal integrity continue to mount, raising serious concerns about his professional future.
