Bali Bans Dutch Expat Organisers Over Alleged Discrimination in Running Event
\Indonesia's immigration authorities have banned two Dutch nationals who organised an unlicensed “disco run” in Bali, accusing the group Entourage Bali of excluding local participants.
\The club, popular among foreign digital nomads, was alleged to have rejected Indonesian applicants while accepting foreigners, sparking anger online.
\Both men, aged 35 and 37, have left Bali for Singapore before the ban and will no longer be allowed into Indonesia.
\Bali Governor I Wayan Koster has pledged “strict action” to prevent similar incidents, while immigration chief Hendarsam Marantoko called the club “a state within a state.”
\Entourage Bali claims its events were open to all, cites a technical error in its automated approval system, and has suspended future activities pending review.
